CareCubed will be hosting this Insights Session.

CareCubed will be discussing the uptake of CareCubed Cost of Care across Wales and will provide an overview of CareCubed’s new Brokerage platform which integrates the CareCubed Cost of Care tool with a digital platform. The tool will create a digital record and history from referral to intelligent matching; and service finding to provider engagement and contracting.

CareCubed will have 40 minutes to present, followed by a Q&A session, so come ready to listen, reflect and ask questions.
