Sarah leads the work of the Business Unit for ADSS Cymru, and she is the Chief Executive of Practice Solutions. She is a natural and empathetic leader who strives to work with others to achieve positive change and make a difference for individuals and organisations. She is and the Chair of the Advisory Board for Barnardo’s Cymru, and is on the Board for Everyman Theatre, Cardiff.

Sarah has a Degree in Performing Arts, MA in Multimedia and PGC in Sustainable Leadership.  Throughout her career, she has led many projects for organisations including national and local Government and third sector organisations in Wales.  Within these projects she seeks to work with people who are expert in their care to have a voice in the development of policy and service improvement within health and social care.
