Gill Windle (BSc; MSc; PhD) is a gerontologist with a background in psychology who specialises in interdisciplinary research. She is the Director of DSDC Wales and Director of Research and Impact in the School of Health Sciences, Bangor University, and the Bangor lead of the Wales Centre for Ageing and Dementia Research (CADR). Gill’s research aims to improve the health, wellbeing and resilience of older people, people with dementia and their supporters, and improve care and service provision.
