
A key part of Cathryn’s role is to lead on the development and delivery of national training and development programmes, leadership, safeguarding, and support for models of service delivery, including children’s services and primary care interface. Cathryn is passionate about issues of equality and person-centred, strengths-based practice.
Before returning to Wales and assuming a national improvement role at WLGA, Cathryn worked operationally and then at managerial level within Children, Mental Health and Commissioning Services for Hammersmith and Fulham. Cathryn is a school governor and a season ticket holder for Scarlets Rugby.
