Easy Reads)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lease of the latest discreet advanced sensor technologies and bespoke devices, providing insights into an individual\u2019s daily activity, behaviour, health and support needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management support throughout the four week assessment period<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalised data summary reports, by expert data analysts with next steps TEC recommendations highlighting where technology can enable greater independence moving forwards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re very much looking forward to working with Conwy County Borough Council on this assessment project and supporting their continued progress in using technology to deliver person-led, sustainable care.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just Checking is an NSCC Network Founding Partner, providing assessment and care planning across learning disabilities, older adults and reablement.
