Mae CGGC19 yn ddigwyddiad sylweddol yng nghalendr y sector gofal cymdeithasol, ac yn arbennig o bwysig i arweinwyr o bob rhan o’r sector sy’n gweithio i drawsnewid y ddarpariaeth gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru. Mae Cymdeithas Cyfarwyddwyr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol Cymru (ADSS) Cymru a Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru unwaith eto yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth i gyflwyno profiad cynhadledd a fydd yn gyfle arddangos a rhwydweithio blaenllaw i weithwyr gofal cymdeithasol proffesiynol yng Nghymru, gyda rhywbeth i bob aelod o’r gweithlu gofal.

Unwaith eto, cynhelir cynhadledd eleni yng Ngholeg Brenhinol Cerdd a Drama Cymru, Canol Dinas Caerdydd gyda siaradwyr proffil uchel o bob cefndir, a phob un yn gynrychioli agwedd bwerus yn ymwneud a gofal cymdeithasol.
