Nick is a registered Social Worker based in Swansea University, where he co-ordinates the Developing Evidence Enriched Practice (DEEP) programme. His work is around gathering, exploring and using diverse types of evidence in co-production using appreciative, story and dialogue-based principles and methods. The DEEP programme works closely with Social Care Wales in supporting the use of evidence in policy and practice development in social care. Its primary aim is to help make the world of social care a better place for people working in and supported by social care services and community-based prevention work.
